This international experience gives her a unique global perspective on nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
Passionate about helping people cut through the confusion surrounding nutrition and supplements, Jessica focuses on practical, personalised strategies that fit seamlessly into everyday life. Jessica specialises in helping busy professionals optimise energy, manage stress, and build sustainable habits that improve healthspan, not just lifespan. Her philosophy is food first, with supplements used thoughtfully and only when appropriate.
Committed to staying at the forefront of nutrition science, Jessica is currently studying with The Nutrition and Herbal Collective as she works towards her Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) qualification.
